Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026. This notice explains the data Pantryvale uses when you browse the site, see an advertisement or create an account.

Data controller and contact

The controller of personal data processed through Pantryvale is Jakub Kulpa, the operator of Pantryvale. Privacy requests and questions can be sent to [email protected].

Data we process

When you create an account, we process the email address and account details you provide. We also store recipes you save as favourites. Our servers process ordinary security and diagnostic logs, which may include an IP address, browser information, requested URL and time of the request.

Cookies and local choices

Necessary cookies support sign-in, security and your display preferences. They do not require consent. Optional analytics and advertising storage remain off unless you make the relevant choice. You can reopen the controls from the footer at any time.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is disabled until you choose “Accept analytics”. If accepted, it helps us measure page usage and improve recipes and navigation. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled. You can withdraw consent by selecting “Analytics settings” and then “Necessary only”.

Google AdSense

The home page contains one 320 × 100 advertising placement supplied by Google AdSense. For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google’s certified consent platform asks before personalised advertising or advertising storage is used. “Consent”, “Do not consent” and “Manage options” are presented as direct choices. If you decline, Google may show only limited, non-personalised advertising where permitted.

Google and the advertising partners listed in the consent panel may process device identifiers, cookie data, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions and page context for the purposes you select. The panel identifies current partners and purposes. You can reopen it through “Privacy and cookie settings” in the footer and withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.

Email and service providers

We use service providers to host Pantryvale, deliver account email and, if you consent, measure site usage or serve advertising. Google and other listed advertising vendors may process data outside your country under the transfer safeguards described in their privacy information.

Your choices

You may use Pantryvale without an account. You can reject analytics and advertising consent without losing access to recipes. Account holders can delete their account and associated saved-recipe data from account settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.

Retention and legal grounds

Account data is kept while the account is active and removed through the account-deletion flow, subject to limited legal or security retention. Security logs are retained only as long as operationally necessary. Optional analytics and advertising rely on consent; essential account and security processing is necessary to provide and protect the service. Consent choices are retained by the relevant consent tool so the site can respect them until they expire or you change them.

This page describes the current technical behaviour of Pantryvale and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
